Reporting a Security Vulnerability

If you discover a security defect or vulnerability, we encourage you to report it to us promptly. To ensure a swift and coordinated response, please follow these guidelines:

Prepare Your Report

When preparing your vulnerability report, please include as much information as possible. This should include a detailed description of the issue, any steps to reproduce it, and the potential impact it could have. Screenshots, code snippets, or any additional supporting documentation are highly valuable.

Send Your Report

You can submit your encrypted vulnerability report to our security team via email at security@truvity.com. In the subject line, please use "Truvity Security Vulnerability Report" to help us quickly identify and prioritize your submission.

Acknowledgement

Upon receiving your report, our security team will acknowledge the receipt of your submission as soon as possible. We will then commence our investigation into the reported issue.

Resolution and Disclosure

We are committed to promptly addressing and resolving all reported security vulnerabilities. Once the issue has been verified and mitigated, we will work with you to determine an appropriate disclosure timeline. Our goal is to ensure that the vulnerability is fixed before making it public, thus minimizing any potential risks.

Responsible Disclosure
